worst place ever!!!! A/C was not cooling and besides that it was leaking water in the night, too expensive and the hotel doesn’t receive any type of cards so if you don’t have any cash they don’t help you at all. if you try to cancel the room because you don’t have cash they are going to charge all the money through booking and their policy of not refunds and booking will not help you at all. it’s right beside a lot of night clubs so if you want to try to sleep you’re not going to do it, you need to be drunk to sleep well. the tv was not working the mirror of the bathroom was filthy. the service, they are not there to help you only to charge you. they don’t care about anything else.

Beautiful plants everywhere

Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in. Staff is truly terrible and downright rude. I cannot stress enough how badly we were treated by both ladies at the reception (the guy was ok). Rooms were cleaned only once during 6 days, towels never changed. Awful polyester cover on the bed and no sheets. Swimming pool is very dirty and occupied by scuba divers training there for a few hours daily. The topping on the cake are 3 extremely loud night clubs with music on between 7 pm and 1 am (no earplugs could stop the noise). Please stay away from this place - you'd be better off living below the wooden deck of El Faro hotel
